Susan Delafield garlic is a prized hardneck variety known for its rich, robust flavor, large bulbs, and one of the longest-storing hardnecks. Milder than many hardneck varieties yet full of classic garlic character, it is excellent for roasting, sautéing, and everyday cooking.
Organically grown and selected for strong, reliable growth, this variety produces large bulbs packed with numerous plump cloves. This hardneck variety is one of the first to produce scapes on our farm.
