By accessing or purchasing from kefifarms.com (the "Site"), operated by Kefi Farms, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site or place an order.
Use of the Site
Kefi Farms grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use this Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site.
Product Information
● We do our best to display accurate colors, sizes, and descriptions, but variations between screens and actual products may occur.
● All orders are subject to availability; we'll notify you if an item is out of stock after ordering.
● As an agricultural product, garlic has natural variation in size, appearance, and clove count from bulb to bulb — this is expected and not a defect.
Orders & Payment
● Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
● We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud or stock issues), in which case you'll receive a full refund.
● Pre-orders: payment is collected at the time your pre-order is placed. Pre-orders ship according to the Seasonal Shipping Window in our Shipping Policy. If harvest volume falls short of pre-ordered quantities for a given variety, we will contact you to offer an available substitute variety or a full refund for the affected items.
Limitation of Liability
Kefi Farms' liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) in question. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including crop or garden outcomes after planting.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Kefi Farms harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of our products, your violation of these Terms, or your non-compliant resale or replanting of seed garlic across state lines in violation of applicable agricultural regulations.
Assumption of Risk (Agricultural Products)
You acknowledge that agricultural products carry inherent variability in appearance, performance, and growing outcomes due to factors like soil, weather, and storage that are outside our control. By purchasing from Kefi Farms, you accept these natural variations as part of buying from a working farm.
