Kefi Farms ("we," "us," or "our") operates kefifarms.com (the "Site") and sells certified organically grown seed garlic and related agricultural products. This Privacy Policy describes what personal information we collect when you visit the Site or place an order, and how we use and share it.

Information We Collect

·         Order & contact information: name, shipping address, billing address, email address, and phone number.

·         Payment information: processed directly by our payment provider (Shopify Payments or another Shopify-supported processor). We do not receive or store full payment card numbers.

·         Communications you send us through the Site's contact form, email, or customer service inquiries.

·         Basic site-usage information collected automatically by the Shopify platform (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) to operate the Site, process orders, and maintain security.

As of the effective date above, we do not run additional advertising or analytics tracking beyond what the Shopify platform requires to function. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

How We Use & Share Information

·         Process and fulfill orders, including coordinating shipping and any required agricultural shipping documentation.

·         Communicate with you about your order, account, or inquiries; maintain business, tax, and organic-certification recordkeeping.

·         We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers (Shopify, shipping carriers) and government or regulatory bodies if required by law.

Your Rights and Choices

  • Right to Access / Know. You may have a right to request access to personal information that we hold about you.
  • Right to Delete. You may have a right to request that we delete personal information we maintain about you.
  • Right to Correct. You may have a right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
  • Right of Portability. You may have a right to receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you and to request that we transfer it to a third party, in certain circumstances and with certain exceptions.
  • Right to Opt out of Sale Advertising. We may send you promotional emails, and you may opt out of receiving these at any time by using the unsubscribe option displayed in our emails to you. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as those about your account or orders that you have made.

Cookies

Shopify uses cookies necessary for cart, checkout, and basic Site functionality. We do not currently use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
